Supply Planning has the overall responsibility of the relationship with aftermarket parts suppliers after “phase in” process. This is done by working with deviations (needed earlier or later) in the planning process that needs to be communicated with the suppliers. It has also to maintain and improve the relationship (collaboration & dispatch precision) of his/her supplier assortment. ? Represent Supply Planning in relevant stakeholders committees ? Contribute to Supply Planning harmonization within APAC and globally (best practices, continuous improvement activities) ? Back Order Recovery and Refill coordinators are the key interface between local market and suppliers, refillers and others region's Supply Planning managers ? Lead inspire and motivate his/her team through challenging targets.

Maintain and optimize standard work processes, ? Benchmark other DCs and competitors for best practices and results. ? Deliver all services within the agreed and committed overall budget objectives. ? Any other newly assigned tasks by management.
Essential educational and/or training qualifications and certificates ? Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) and/or 5 - 7 years of equivalent experience ? 5 years related experience in the areas noted below ? Demonstrating good competences in the Volvo Leadership competencies with documented experience of leading people ? Broad knowledge of logistics area and customer/supplier knowledge ? Experience from production or transportation environment is an advantage ? Demonstrated ability to drive change, to set demanding targets and to motivate teams and individuals to deliver on set targets, whilst further developing an excellent working climate and atmosphere in alignment with the Volvo Way and the Code of Conduct. ? Knowledge in VPS and lean principles ? High Logistics Engineering knowledge Preferred experience and knowledge ? Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in related field. ? Logistics experience ? Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people and culture leadership and integration, in the geographical scope (global, regional, domestic)
Necessary technical/functional/language skills ? Good understanding of the Volvo Group Businesses ? Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Power Point ? Proficient English skills ? Native speaker in Mandarin. ? Chinese Citizenship
